1. Sporting Architecture

  1. UGL competition is organized as Family -> Discipline -> Title -> Platform -> Format.
  2. The seven Championship Families are Sports, Racing, Strategy, Shooters, Fighting, Flight and Rhythm.

2. Annual Title Register

  1. Software Titles are governed through an Annual Title Register rather than constitutional permanence.
  2. Register status may include Required, Rotational, Featured, Developmental, Exhibition or Suspended.
  3. Publishers may license or support competition but do not select champions or obtain officiating authority through commercial consideration.

3. Native Competition Geometry

  1. Head-to-head, multi-entry and full-field sports should retain native competitive logic whenever practicable.
  2. Let each sport score like itself. Normalize only when the sports must unite.

4. Normalization

  1. For the current planning model, a Family contributes up to 100 points toward a 700-point Club total.
  2. Head-to-head normalization may use 100/50/0 for win/draw/loss. Full-field normalization may use 100 x (N-position)/(N-1), subject to adopted schedules.

5. Weekly Rhythm

  1. The standing weekly Family rhythm is Monday Sports, Tuesday Rhythm, Wednesday Strategy, Thursday Flight, Friday Racing, Saturday Shooters and Sunday Fighting, unless a controlled schedule provides otherwise.

6. Regular Season and Postseason

  1. The planning calendar places the Draft in May, integration through May, regular season June through early September, All-Star in October in ordinary years, postseason in October-November and Championship in early December.
  2. Regular-season scoring may qualify and seed Clubs; postseason scoring may reset.

7. Championship

  1. All seven Families remain official components of Championship competition.
  2. The preferred Club Championship principle is first to win four of seven Families. A best-of-three Championship Round series over three weeks may be used when adopted in the annual schedule.

8. Officials and Evidence

  1. Officials apply the rules; official evidence systems support them. Commercial, media or executive preference does not rewrite the result.
  2. Match records shall preserve official status, decisions, evidence references, results and corrections.

9. Integrity and Anti-Cheat

  1. Anti-cheat controls shall be proportionate to the title, platform and threat model.
  2. Penalties should be defined, reviewable and separated from mere allegations.

10. Records

  1. Family, Discipline, Title, Club, athlete and World records must preserve sufficient context to remain meaningful when software Titles rotate.
