1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms govern public use of UGL.gg. Separate contracts, competition rules, tickets, credentials, employment terms, Club licenses, athlete agreements or event policies may impose additional requirements and control where applicable.

2. Permitted use

You may use UGL.gg for lawful personal, informational and legitimate business purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, defeat access controls, scrape protected systems at abusive scale, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation with UGL.

3. League marks and content

UGL names, logos, graphics, competition records, editorial content and other materials may be protected by trademark, copyright or other rights. Public access to the site does not grant ownership or sponsorship rights. Third-party game, publisher, platform and partner marks remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Competition information

Schedules, standings, rosters, transactions, Draft information and other League records may change through official League processes. UGL should identify demo, planning or pre-publication information when it is not yet an official record.

5. Third-party platforms

UGL.gg may link to or embed YouTube, Twitch, ticketing, social, commerce or other external services. UGL does not control the availability or separate terms of those services.

6. No wagering service

UGL.gg is not presented as a sportsbook or gambling service. Any future data product, fantasy feature or commercial integration would require separate review before launch.

7. Disclaimer and availability

UGL aims to maintain accurate and reliable public information, but website availability and non-final information may change. Nothing on a public page should be interpreted as a guarantee of employment, selection, licensing, sponsorship, prize, investment return or event admission unless confirmed by the controlling agreement or official record.

8. Enforcement and changes

UGL may restrict misuse of the site and may update these Terms as services evolve. Material changes should be reflected by an updated publication date or notice where appropriate.
