1. Architecture
- UGL technology shall be designed for reliability, maintainability, security, accessibility and controlled change.
2. Identity and Access
- Access should follow least privilege, role need, strong authentication and timely removal. Specific credentials and security configurations are HIGHLY RESTRICTED.
3. Cybersecurity
- UGL shall maintain risk-based security controls, vulnerability management, incident response, backup/recovery and third-party security expectations.
4. Data Governance
- Data shall have defined owners, purposes, quality expectations, access rules, retention and disposal.
5. Privacy
- Personal information should be minimized, protected and used only for legitimate, disclosed or otherwise lawful purposes.
6. Research Data
- Research datasets require additional controls and may not be repurposed into scouting, employment, discipline or marketing without specific authorization and ethical basis.
7. Artificial Intelligence
- AI outputs that affect official records, material rights or public claims require accountable human review. AI may not fabricate quotations, evidence or official results.
8. Service Operations
- Incidents, problems, changes, assets and service levels should be managed through repeatable processes appropriate to League scale.
9. Resilience
- Critical systems should have tested backup, recovery and continuity appropriate to their recovery objectives.
